Balance.Point Body/Mind Fitness Body/Mind training is a balanced approach which focuses on the whole person - physically, mentally, and emotionally. A body/mind approach enhances strength, flexibility, balance, focus and performance. This group class combines various types of body/mind exercises (yoga, martial arts, chi gung, Feldenkrais, and Pilates) with body/mind approach to traditional exercises such as stability balls and weight training. Instructors are nationally certified health and fitness professionals, and study the Selfmastery System™ under the direction of Daniel Johnson, SBN.
