The Self Mastery Foundation offers a variety of weekly group classes to practice SMS physical, mental, and emotional techniques in a supportive learning environment.
Active Meditation
Group classes: Mondays 7:30 to 8:30pm, Saturdays 9 to 10am
Private classes: Mondays and Fridays 6:30 to 7:30pm
ActiveMeditation™ uses the correct movement done the correct way to target and amplify thought patterns within you that are conducive to mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical well-being.
You may have heard this mental state referred to as centering, being mindful, being in the zone, or being present.
The science that went into selecting the movements is complex, but the movements themselves are quite simple.

Selfmastery Martial Arts
Wednesdays: 6:30 to 8:30pm
Bring out the best within yourself! Self Mastery Martial Arts is a unique blend of Tae Kwon Do, Chi Gung, and Meditation designed to build inner power and mastery of the self. You will develop mental focus and clarity, greater power and reflexes, higher mental awareness, inner confidence, and self defense skills.
We use Martial Arts as a key component of the Selfmastery SystemTM. It provides an ideal forum to manifest body, mind and spirit into the direct action needed to take control of your life! No previous experience is necessary, and students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities are welcome.

Self Mastery for Children is a unique group class that teaches martial arts, meditation, and physical movement techniques in a fun and safe environment. Self Mastery for Children develops a framework of confidence, self-assurance, maturity, focus and inner strength. It is open to children ages 5 to 9.
Instructor Chery Chew is an experienced, accredited elementary school teacher and former Scout leader. She studies the Selfmastery System™ under the direction of Daniel Johnson, SBN.
Mind/Body Fitness

Body/Mind training is a balanced approach which focuses on the whole person - physically, mentally, and emotionally. A body/mind approach enhances strength, flexibility, balance, focus and performance. This group class combines various types of body/mind exercises (yoga, martial arts, chi gung, Feldenkrais, and Pilates) with body/mind approach to traditional exercises such as stability balls and weight training.
Instructors are nationally certified health and fitness professionals, and study the Selfmastery System™ under the direction of Daniel Johnson, SBN
