The Self Mastery Foundation offers a variety of weekly group classes to practice SMS physical, mental, and emotional techniques in a supportive learning environment.
Master Meditation™
Group classes: Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:30 pm, Saturdays 9 to 10 am
Private classes: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 to 6:30 pm and by appointment
MasterMeditation™ is a simple and effective system to help you progress through the different levels of Meditation. Learning meditation is easy. The challenge is always in maintaining a routine and making appreciable progress through the higher levels of meditation.
This program is designed with two goals: to teach you how to meditate, and to allow you to set up a consistent program where you will achieve significant benefits. You will set up a process where you can ease meditation into your daily routine, allowing you to advance through higher levels of meditation and self-empowerment.

This is a series of exercises designed especially for people who work in an office environment. They are equally effective for people who spend longs periods of time sitting (drivers, equipment operators, etc.). The exercises are easy, practical, and effective.
Stressful environments and situations can develop long lasting stress patterns that dominate your life. These simple skills will give you the tools for stress relief, and the ability to stay well and Thrive at Work.

Body/Mind training is a balanced approach which focuses on the whole person - physically, mentally, and emotionally. A mind/body approach enhances strength, flexibility, balance, focus and performance. This group class combines various types of mind/body exercises (yoga, martial arts, chi gung, Feldenkrais, and Pilates) with a mind/body approach to traditional exercises such as stability balls and weight training.
Instructors are nationally certified health and fitness professionals, and study the Selfmastery System™ under the direction of Daniel Johnson, SBN.
